My old Walkstool comfort 65 has has given me excellent service over the last ten years or so , recently the feet split so I contacted Frazer Allen MD at Alpha Optical Distribution.
He has given me excellent service getting replacement feet, you are lucky to have him.
It is good to get excellent service these days.I have recently purchased another stool for my wife.
