You were very kind to advise me by E Mail during the vacation closure of the company on what to do to get rubber grips for my Walkstool. I have received them and installed them.
The Walkstool is amazing and it goes around the world with me while travelling for pleasure but it all goes with me as I go shopping with my wife and other family members. It is a great place to sit and read while waiting for shoppers. I once had a gentleman jokingly offer me $300.00 for it while we both were waiting for shoppers.
You have an amazing product one you and your employees should be very proud. The fact you as President and owner returned my original inquiry during vacation time speaks volumes for the company.
